By making a donation to Sahyog, you agree to abide by this policy.</p>

<p>All donations made to Sahyog Welfare Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.</p>

<p>If you wish to cancel a donation that you have made to Sahyog, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the donation. Requests for cancellation received after this time period will not be honored.</p>

<p>Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:</p>
<p>• Technical Errors: If a technical error occurs during the donation process resulting in duplicate transactions or overbilling, you may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount.</p>
<p>• Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation is made without your authorization, you may request a refund by providing evidence of the unauthorized transaction.</p>
